Professor Lakhmi C. Jain Founder, KES International PO Box 243, Selby, YO8 1DS United Kingdom Professor Lakhmi C. Jain, PhD, Dr H.C., ME, BE(Hons), Fellow (Engineers Australia), is with the Liverpool Hope University and the University of Arad. He was formerly with the University of Technology Sydney, the University of Canberra and Bournemouth University. Professor Jain founded the KES International for providing a professional community the opportunities for publications, knowledge exchange, cooperation and teaming. Involving around 5,000 researchers drawn from universities and companies world-wide, KES facilitates international cooperation and generate synergy in teaching and research. KES regularly provides networking opportunities for professional community through one of the largest conferences of its kind in the area of KES.

Prof. Dr. Srikanta Patnaik Prof. Srikanta Patnaik is Director of I.I.M.T., Bhubaneswar, India. He has received his Ph. D. (Engineering) on Computational Intelligence from Jadavpur University, India in 1999. He has supervised more than 30 Ph. D. Theses and 100 Master theses in the area of Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, Soft Computing Applications and Re-Engineering. Dr. Patnaik has published around 100 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He is author of 2 text books and 55 edited volumes and few invited book chapters, published by leading international publisher like IEEE, Elsevier, Springer-Verlag, Kluwer Academic, etc.. Dr. SrikantaPatnaik is the Editors-in-Chief of International Journal of Information and Communication Technology and International Journal of Computational Vision and Robotics published from Inderscience Publishing House, England and, Editor of Journal of Information and Communication Convegence Engineering and Associate Editor of Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems (JIFS), which are all Scopus Index journals. He is also Editors-in-Chief of Book Series on “Modeling and Optimization in Science and Technology” published from Springer, Germany and Advances in Computer and Electrical Engineering (ACEE) and Advances in Medical Technologies and Clinical Practice (AMTCP), published by IGI Global, USA. He is a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) and Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). He is also Fellow of IETE, Life Member of ISTE, and CSI. Dr. Patnaik has visited more than 20 countries across the globe and visiting professors to some of the universities.

Prof. Yikui Zhai Dr. Yikui Zhai is a Professor and Vice Dean at the School of Electronics and Information Engineering at Wuyi University, where he also serves as the Director of the Provincial Engineering Center. He has more than 100 academic papers published in prestigious journals, including IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing, IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement, and many others. He is a recognized expert in the fields of artificial intelligence, machine learning, industrial AI detection, UAV remote sensing, and transfer learning. Dr. Zhai holds a Ph.D. from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and has been a visiting scholar at both Peking University and the University of Milan. His research includes numerous groundbreaking contributions to AI algorithms and applications, with a focus on small-sample learning, reinforcement learning, and self-supervised learning. He has been awarded over 100 patents and has led multiple research projects, totaling more than 5 million RMB in funding. In addition to his research, Dr. Zhai is actively involved in teaching and course development, leading initiatives in machine learning and AI education. He has received various academic honors, including the Guangdong Province Science and Technology Award and multiple prestigious national and international patents. His work continues to shape advancements in AI and its applications across industries.

Prof. Liang Zhou Liang Zhou, Ph.D., Doctoral Supervisor, Shanghai Outstanding Leader in Rehabilitation Medicine, Craftsman in White Magnolia Rehabilitation. Visiting Professor at St. Paul Information University of Science and Technology in North Macedonia, Dual-appointment Professor at University of Banja Luka in Bosnia and Herzegovina. His main research fields include active health and smart wellness care. In recent years, he has successively led and undertaken projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China and "Science and Technology Innovation Action Plan" in Shanghai Science and Technology Commission. He has also participated as a core member in 16 various research projects, including the Ministry of Science and Technology's National Key R&D Program and the National Natural Science Foundation's Major Research Plan. He has published over 80 papers in domestic and international core journals, including those indexed by SCI and EI, and obtained 32 self-developed technology patents and software copyrights. He serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Scopus-indexed journal International Journal of Electronic Healthcare, Associate Editor of the International Journal of Intelligent Systems Technologies and Applications，which is EI-indexed, Associate Editor of the SCI-indexed journal, Emerging Materials Research, and Associate Editor of the SCI-indexed journal, Applied Intelligence.

Assoc. Prof. Rumen Mironov Prof. Rumen Mironov received his MSc and PhD in Telecommunications from Technical University of Sofia and MSc in Applied Mathematics and Informatics from Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Informatics. He is currently Head of the Department of Radio Communications and Video Technologies, Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria. His current research focuses on digital signal processing, audio and video communications and programming languages.

Assoc. Prof. Ivo Rumenov Draganov Ivo Draganov received B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Telecommunications from Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria, in 2003, 2005 and 2009. Currently, he is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Telecommunications and teaches Programming in Assembler, Digital Design, Measurements in Telecommunications, Audio Systems and Speech Coding, Multimedia Systems, Digital Video Broadcasting and other subjects. His main areas of scientific research are digital image processing, pattern recognition, multimedia systems and neural networks. He is a member of the Editorial Board of the Computer & Communications Engineering Journal. During his research activities Dr. Draganov participated in more than 10 national and international projects and published more than 80 papers. He is a member of IEEE.

Dr. Roumiana Koutcheva, S.R. Roumiana Kountcheva is Vice President of TK Engineering. She got her MSc and PhD at the Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria, and became Senior Researcher (SR) at TIE, in 1993. R. Kountcheva had two post-doc trainings in Japan (Fujitsu, 1977 and Fanuc, 1980). She has more than 200 publications (including 28 book chapters and 5 patents, and presented 22 plenary speeches at international conferences and workshops. She is a member of IRIEM, IDSAI, IJBST Journal Group, and Bulgarian Association for Pattern Recognition. R. Kountcheva participated as PI, Co-PI and team member of 47 scientific research projects, from which - 14 international. She is a reviewer of WSEAS conferences and journals, and edited several books for Springer SIST series. Her scientific areas of interest are in image processing and analysis, image watermarking and data hiding, multidimensional image representation, tensor representation, pyramidal image decompositions, image and video compression, CNC and programmable controllers, etc.
